Cuando los niños inicialmente intercambian las sobras recolectadas, they forgo money and instead opt to receive films as payment. When they see a projector that they want to use, and find out how much it costs to rent, they put their competition with one another aside and work together to save enough money. Además, we see the culmination of this theme in the final scene of the movie when the boys are using the projector to watch the film Cinema Paradiso – a movie about how a film director fell in love with the cinema as a child .
Total, I thought the story was wholesome and well thought out. The final message that I was left with was that all of us around the world are fundamentally the same; por ejemplo, we all love the movies. Thank you again to Hasan Najmabadi. I hope we see more of your films soon.
Le daría esta película 5/5 estrellas!
