採訪無花果樹 is a short film directed by Adam Hersko-RonaTas that dives into questions of being rooted while having larger aspirations to positively impact as many people as possible. 它提出了一個問題, 當發生如此多的事情超出我們的控制範圍時,我們如何能夠滿足於我們周圍的事情?
Adam Hersko-RonaTas utilizes just under two minutes of film to interview a personified fig tree. Asking the tree questions about its leaves and the animals that traverse its limbs, we soon realize there is a greater purpose to the simple qualities it possesses. By understanding the nature and existence of a tree, we can put our own life as a human into greater perspective. Being rooted in our own personhood, there is no need to worry about anything other than living as a human should.
The director manages to impressively pack all of these insights into a beautifully concise picture. Boiling nature down to its core elements, 採訪無花果樹 lends insight into our own existence as humans, all whilst remaining lighthearted and fun.
I can’t recommend this short film enough, and am pleased to rate it with 5 出 5 星星.
