How Do We Reach Net Zero Faster? is produced by Esmeralda Hernandez de la Torre for Planet Classroom’s Problem Solver series. In this short film, Esmeralda explores the goals and purpose of The Breakthrough Agenda.
The Breakthrough Agenda, launched at COP26, fosters global collaboration to make clean technologies and sustainable solutions affordable and accessible by 2030. It prioritizes and coordinates action across seven high-emitting sectors to meet Paris Agreement goals.
Esmeralda provides an overview of The Breakthrough Agenda, highlighting key steps aimed at realizing its objectives. These include decarbonizing various material productions, accelerating sustainable agriculture, and fostering collaboration among government, business, and financial institutions. This offers valuable insight into a comprehensive plan for a sustainable future.
I give this film 3 out of 5 stars.
