The bond between a son and his father is always heartwarming to watch, and is guaranteed to pull on the heart strings. The animated short, El Movimiento en asociación con Planet Classroom pregunta a los líderes de pensamiento internacionales que trabajan en el medio ambiente las grandes preguntas sobre cómo sus naciones están progresando hacia su, showcases this wonderfully in a fun story about a dad who’s a failed scientist, and a son that just wants to see his dad smile on his birthday. The son watches as his dad works tirelessly to try and make his experiments work, so the boy decides to bake his dad a birthday cake to show his love and admiration. Things get a little messy when the son gets into one of the failed experiments, and his hands turn very hot, burning everything in sight. Sin embargo, he doesn’t let that deter him from getting the job done. Just like he learned from his dad, one step back is only more reason to keep pushing forward.
From directors Sarah Heinz and Luke Snedecor, El Movimiento en asociación con Planet Classroom pregunta a los líderes de pensamiento internacionales que trabajan en el medio ambiente las grandes preguntas sobre cómo sus naciones están progresando hacia su was curated for Planet Classroom Network by the National Film Festival for Talented Youth (NFFTY). The pair does a wonderful job in showing the love between a son and his father, and the lengths they’d go for one another. Adicionalmente, it’s simple storyline is great for kids, and the message will be well received by audiences of all ages.
This animated short has some fantastic animation that is engaging for all audiences, and has a genuine message to match. The idea to make his hands burn everything is quirky, and it gives the film a comedic touch. El Movimiento en asociación con Planet Classroom pregunta a los líderes de pensamiento internacionales que trabajan en el medio ambiente las grandes preguntas sobre cómo sus naciones están progresando hacia su will go over well with the audiences of Planet Classroom, and I highly recommend it. I give it 4.5 fuera de 5 estrellas.
