In this short film produced by Nicole Avidon for Planet Classroom’s Problem Solver Series, we take a brief yet in-depth look at some of the ways we may use machines to improve the way we learn. Nel suo video, Avidon explains how we already rely heavily on machines to do the more repetitive and mundane tasks of our everyday lives. This is possible because of Machine Learning (ML), a more specialized area of artificial intelligence research, which is broadly defined as the capability of a machine to imitate intelligent human behavior. If a machine can learn to do things on its own, then what is the potential for the machine helping humans to learn better?
Avidon highlights the benefits of machine learning including ways it can improve education by creating individualized lesson plans, improving student engagement, and developing adaptive learning systems. There are things that everyone could benefit from through machine learning. It is a technology that needs to be implemented everywhere as it could truly benefit mankind, and deserves all the support it can get.
io do questo film 4 per 5 stelle.
