Is this the World’s Best Skyscraper?, a short created by Charlie Parker and Tiffani Stitz, is an informational look into Amsterdam’s very own skyscraper, Valley. The award-winning, architectural guidepost for innovation combines apartments, offices, shops, catering and cultural facilities whilst remaining environmentally conscious.
What makes Valley so special is that it utilizes 7000 sensors to measure temperature and light. Through a slideshow format, Parker and Stitz present the facts about this exciting building and the uniqueness that envelopes its very being.
Even if architecture is not an interest, every individual can certainly find something to enjoy when learning about the Valley building. My only criticism is that I wished to know a bit more about the history behind the design of the building.
I would give this film 4 out of 5 stars.
